The Enchanted Circle Council of Governments is an official state-recognized inter-governmental body formed by an approved Joint Partnership Act (JPA) adopted by the members individually and collectively for regional economic development, shared services, and inter-governmental cooperation.
The Enchanted Circle Council of Governments shall conduct its meetings in accordance with the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
