Departmental Objectives & Goals

  • Update performance evaluation forms. Train directors and supervisors on creating specific, measurable and obtainable goals that will enhance employee performance.
  • Update job descriptions so they can be used as an evaluation tool by the employer since they contain the expectations in terms of output and performance by the employee.
  • Enhance the current Safety Program to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all employees in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
